Would you prefer to be breakfast, or to eat breakfast? As Peter Drucker put it, “Culture Eats Strategy For Breakfast”. This was one of the insights that helped me to develop our definition of Enduring Leadership Excellence:
The first part of the definition reflects strategy, the second part of culture. And an appropriate culture supports the development and execution of the strategy. And never was that more important than during the Pandemic.
Our guiding values, how we interact and care for each other allowed us to pull together effectively and reimagine our way of working with clients for the Zoomosphere.
Our culture enabled us to develop a new strategy for changed times. And made it possible for us to support our clients through the lockdowns.
